The petition for review on the enforceability of a widely used employment arbitration agreement was accepted by the California Supreme Court at 273 P.3d 513 (2012). The case settled while review was pending. In light of the acceptance of the petition, an unfavorable appellate opinion was de-published and favorable case law remained in effect and was subsequently enforced.
